Got a call from John at the park. He says their about to clear 5 ackers and wants me to mill all the logs for them Grin I'll go out and take a look see this weekend. Wink

Well John called today to let me know the logging has started  Grin I told him I'll need a week to move the logs I have around as to make room for his. He said no problem he would stockpile them at his farm until I'm ready for them. Good people to work with makes my job even more pleasurable Grin

Got the first load of logs yesterday from John ( park athoritory) There were 3 walnut logs 14" 16" and 20" dia 17' to 20' long I asked how he wanted them sawn He said we dont have any use for them just though you might want them.  Grin More to come next week Wink

Yep That horseshoe is a working Cut those three walnut logs today into 4/4 live edge trim for a fellow in southern Va building a cabin 500.00 bucks. Wink Then Troy the fence contractor stopped by with 10 fence post and we cut them in half in about 10 min Another 50 bucks Grin

John brought some ash and oak logs this past Friday looks like 5 or 6 logs I dident have time to look to much as I had to saw 500 lin ft of 3 board fence 1x6x8' and 4x4 post to deliver Monday morning Got that cut and loaded ready for tomorrow morn (another 10" of snow this weekend thanks to the globel warming)
