Fess up guys how many of you have your saw in the truck all the time.?? I have one of those extended cab mini warehouses and the saw rides right behind me along with two metal detectors and a couple of bands and enough tools to give a mule a bad back. Frank C.

Depends upon which saw you are referring to. The chain saws, the brush saws, or whatever. When I am out working the forest property I will have at least one of the brush saws (FS-450 or FS-250) but most likely both of them and I always have my 026 Stihl. I only take the big boy out when there is a good reason. Probably should let it out more often. It gets lonely being left back at the house.
If you are talking the mill saw. I don't take it out that often. It stays back at home.

I find that I am unloading the tools from one job and reloading the truck with another assortment of tool depending on what the project is for the day, so sadly :( I have found myself without a saw in the truck. About need a service truck to to carry all the tools all the time.
My heavy rain gear lives behind the seat this time of year ;D

Ha HA, I have a service truck, but it is set up for mechanic tools, large air comp, welder, and a full set of tools from small to heavy equipment, it very seldom leaves the house. I picked up a dually with a service bed to use as a mill truck, but haven't really set it up, it os only 2 wheel drive, not sure how well I will like it.
