Ha Ha, countryplans.com is a website with a forum, mostly for small house and cabin builds.

Well I did figure out the riddle, but then changed my password from the first attempt,  in doing so I was rejected for the reason stated, "not allowed two accounts from the same IP address.  Just browsing through, it looks like a very good place for visits and information.  I'm still amazed at the folks with such creativity, energy, and drive.

I never was successful at joining, after several tries it finally said my activation code had been sent, but they must have been sent by snail mail.

I tried to join.
Never got the email. 
Checked spam no email
Asked for the activation code to be resent still no activation email.

Maybe there is a large delay before the email is sent and it is not sent quickly, 
Will recheck email in a couple of hours.

I tried, It never asked me the verification questions, then said unsuccessful because I didn't answer the questions..

Furu, slow may be an understatement, I have been watching for that email that they said was sent for three days.

Ao, That was the message on my first attempt, then on the next the message was that they already had a member with my email address.

The third message was my password was already in use.
on the last attempt it said my verification code had been sent, without me ever changing anything, I just don't know where it was sent to. lol

Ok, I went back. This time it gave me the way to continue, I passed and they said they will email me. Stay tuned...

Good luck, if you do get to where you can post, tell them others have tried and just plain gave up.
There is not a whole lot of activity on that site, and I can sure understand why.

Well I just for shits and grins tried to log in over there, it ask if I need my activation code sent again, but there is no way to tell them yes, or the fact that I have never got it the first time yet. lol

I asked for my activation code to be resent three times earlier today to no avail.

When I got home from work tonight I had this email that basically said they have a problem.  You can read it below.
I responded with an email back and will see where it goes.  They know there is a problem and looks like they are working on it.

Responding to the email works as I am now an authorized user as well. 
Give it some time I guess.  As is known, just because it is technology does not mean that it is infallible and works all the time.
