Where in Arkansas? I spent some time near Beebee, AR several years ago cutting red oak, gum, and cherry for about 10 straight days. Lots of mineral stained oak. Wish I had those boards.

Pretty quiet on this board but what is said is real and unadulterated with no hand holding, favorites, drama or censoring.
I've heard decent things about those mills and expect you to have a good time making your own lumber and one-off cuts.

I used to ride the Talamena highway on my motorcycle a bunch when we lived in Oklahoma, nice area of the world!!
Nice mill you got there, pretty close to the one I got (a Woodmaxx SM26e) same size, same motor all that. I've had mine almost 2 years now, got tired of paying for lumber when I have a bunch of trees.
I have a ball with mine too, and it also kicks my butt sometimes. Enjoy, be carefull, and watch out for those stops!

Spent some time in my teens in NE Oklahoma but that was very looong time ago.
