i was wondering if anyone knows where i might be able to find a stave of birdseye maple? i'm wanting to make a bow out of it. any help, thank you very much.
-
I am not a bow maker, but wouldn't it be a rather weak piece of wood?
-
frank i belive you are right......my uncle is starting to get me into the hobby, after talking to him he also said somthing about the birdseye not being strong enough and that it would have to be backed with other wood. oh well.....thought it would look cool. thanks guys.
