Pleasure to hear from you Carl!  Welcome to the forum and thanks for the post.

Which Woodmizer do you have?  I have a LT40HDG25 and do pretty much the same as you have mentioned.  Nothing like supporting the woodworkers!

Kirk, I have the LT40HD28G I wanted the diesel but with the price of diesel I didnt think it was worth the extra cost. Anyway I think the gas does a fine job. I'm heading to arlington, Va today to pick up some free logs from a (green) contractor they are not allowed to take them to the landfill so I get them Free ;D

I will replace my 25hp with the same one you have (28hp Fuel Injection) when this one gives up the ghost.  Dont want it to happen anytime soon but sooner or later it will happen.  Maybe by the time it does konk out they will have a 35hp gas for them ;D

Way to go on the free logs!  We like Free logs!

The only problems I have ever heard of are self inflected, with the mill.  What seems to be his issue?

I've never seen the the guy  One fellow I saw for had used him before he found me and he was telling me about him. He said Montgomery County Park had given him the mill He said the guy has to work on it every day they use it I guess the park probley didnt maintain service very well I'll try to find out more.

A couple of things are the teeth kept sharp and belts kept within proper tollerence.

Think this username is banned on another forum I'm a Founder at(same as a moderator I guess).  Hopefully it's not the same person pedalling Viarga.  Cause with all this wood here, the last thing anyone wants is hardwood.............................................get it?

Scott (bet this is a spammer) B

I suspect spammer as well as we have been swamped with them lately.  The fact they actualy posted is the only thing that stopped them from being banned.  I have had 20 or so this month, all hotmail accounts and all with user names with numbers.

I guess I'm lat to the party on this post< but hey Carl I'm a woodmizer owner as well.  i own 2 i bought a very well used LT30G18 this machine has been one of my greatest investments. it was cheep to buy and after running some full synthetic oil and changing out about $800 worth of belts, bearings, and filters she is still screaming at 4780 hrs. Take care of them and they will love you in return. My newest investment is LT70! A huge investment but all the hydro's and the computer control has almost x6 my daily production and let me saw full time with 5 employees. BTW I'm not here to push Wm I'm just a proud owner but interested in a 2000 some day.

I'm new to this site. I was on the ff site but there you can't say anything wrong about mills or they get mad and ban you. Looks a lot more relaxed bunch of people here. Thanks  ;D   Oh and I'm from Alberta canada.

At least you didn't have anything stolen from you over there!  >:(

Welcome to the site and rest assured, if you have something bad to say about something, as long as you have a foundation to support it, we welcome it.

Thanks Kirk  ;D. I had told everyone over there about how I had lots a troubles with the woodland mill I first bought in all it was to much fixing so I paid the extra money and went out and bought a wood mizer. Well holy when I said that I was a person who knew nothing and its not the mills fault it's yours. Well I found out quick that that the owner Jeff of the ff is all about money and charges and if u say anything bad about a product that sponsors him. Well your kick out right now. If someone has problems I like to hear them and then a person can get  problem solving and help from others. I guess that's the wrong way to think over there. This forum seems very open minded and helpful. Thanks for listening.
