Coyote Mashing
« on: February 18, 2008, 02:32:18 PM »
Got this dog in front of my house two winters ago.  The 220 swift did quite a number on him on exit.

This is looking back up towards my house. If I recall he was 460yrds but I have shot so many on this edge of the woods I forget.

My cousin called me about an hour or so ago and told me we had a coyote heading south between my place and his.

Took out the back door with the 220 swift and saw the dog when he got to the road.  I had to let him keep walking about another 100 yards south so that I was not shooting towards my neigbors place.

Tagged him just below the ear at 310 yards!
