A sad day here in Douglas county
This shooting hit close to home as UCC is our community collage.
The list of those involved intertwines with everyone in the county.
When I set up the sawmill and edger for the Tree School on the Umpqua I set up in the parking lot in front of Snyder hall.
I have spent many hours as a volunteer fire fighter working along side Jessie (head of security)
Both of my kids had friends who were on campus at the time.
My brother is a contractor who has done extensive work at the collage.
The list goes on.
A sad day indeed
