Thanks again. I've had three back surgeries over the years (laminectomies over 6 vertebrae), and now it seems they may have to do something with my neck. I love to saw and work with wood, but the problem getting help, is just too much. I've been taking pain killers off and on the past 20 years, and now my liver is showing the wear and tear. I absolutely hate the thought of surgery, but somethings got to give!
Cold, damp weather just kills me. It's no fun getting old, and worse when you have to work alone...
I've been an electrician most of my life, and have taught electrical courses in High School and College, but when you're 60 and broken up, no one will hire you. Life's always been a challenge, and when I get pissed about it, I always think of my uncle who was a Drill Sergeant in WW2. He used to always say, "Fuck'em and feed'em beans!" It used to make me laugh, and having tough old bastards around when you're young, is a good life lesson. I feel sorry for people who punk out, and I have no intention of being one of those. I'll probably scale back to a smaller mill, and just do what I can do for myself. "Fuck'em and feed'em beans", I guess...
