Have you tired Firefox or IE instead of Chrome?
When you checked the settings which condition was it in the correct one or the incorrect one?

Did a mini search on google Chrome and the 403 error with denied access message
You might try the following.

I know you are using XP what browser and what version of that browser are you using?

Access Denied Message in Google Chrome
1. Settings.
2. Advance Settings.
3. Go to the option “HTTPS/SSL"
uncheck the option "Check for server certificate revocation”.
4. Restart Chrome.

I'm not worried about posting the pictures. I'll just keep doing it the way I was. One thing though... It's not just my pictures that I can't see, Its many posted pictures from other posters I can't see. But some I can. I'm on lots of other forums like woodworking and machinist forums. I don't have any problems there. It makes no since that I can upload them as an attachment and see them but putting the same picture in my gallery and I don't see anything...

If I erase part of the pictures address I can get into part of the gallery.
Anything past this and I get a forbidden notice.

Sitting at -4 right now with a high of 4 projected.  I'll be out in the shop a bit updating the mill.  I'll get pictures one day when I'm all done showing details of what I did.  Then I'll have to take pics of my other stuff since I promised it and haven't done it yet.  This is all stuff to be done when spring melt finally gets here and then we have to deal with mud season.

Not for at least 5 years.  The DMV and courts and cops around here have no sense of humor.  And I don't follow rules too well so I'm not allowed to drive anywhere because "I'm a menace to society" even though I've never hurt a soul.

Remember:  driving is a privilege, not a right.  This is what I've been told numerous times.

Damn my rebellious nature.  Makes things harder than it has to be.

Put up pics of your mill so we can all see.  I'm gonna soon.

The days of cruising back roads and drinking beer are long gone is all I have to say.  After the third time in less than 25 years they have no sense of humor about it.

They've fined me and charged me and I'm still paying for DUI.  I was under the .08 limit all three times.  But they treat me like I've killed someone.  Hell, somebody can actually rape a poor child and get less total time of punishment and less fines than I have.  It's simple injustice.  I never hurt a soul.  They simply don't like people breaking their rules is what all this amounts to.

Now I've just had a ignition interlock device installed and I'll be on a restricted license that I can only go to doctors, school, or DMV, or shop that installed the device.  $85/mo.  for 5 years.  But there's hope - I've been told by those boys at the shop that some people get off after 3 years because they're "clean" so I'm hoping for that.

I don't even sip beer anymore.  I've learned that I like to have too much "fun" when I'm drinking that shit and as a good ol hillbilly should, I go crazy with fun when I'm getting drunk.  Never hurt nobody, just breaking "their" rules.

Hey!  Y'all watch this!  Here, hold my beer......

need I say more?  lol

I have been a bit out of touch for a bit and have been thinking/searching on the gallery issue you have been having.
I am confused as I have not found in any effort that I have made to get the message and format of the text that you copied into your post above.

1.
Where did you get the following and exactly what did you do to get it:

2.
Try clicking on the links below and describe what you get  (screenshot is good)

3.  When you click on the gallery link at the top of the page (7th from the left 3rd form the right) what do you get?  Screen shot works

Ok, as per the title of this thread.. "What did you do at your saw mill today".. I started cutting on some logs I have had for a little while. A bunch of hickory and a bunch of oak I received for helping clear a lot.

The plan is these are all for a kitchen I need at my house, Right now I'm thinking the hickory for the cabinets and the oak for the counter tops. But plans can and have before changed! So I started at one end of my pile..

So the first three were oak, I cut the first into one by's .. for trim and whatever..

And the next two I cut into 2 by's including live edge slabs (cause that's what everybody does these days right?).  These will hopefully end up as the countertops one way or another.

Now cabinets I have built before, I did not start with trees, but I did start with a bunk of cedar I bought from a small local sawmill. I've never attempted to build the countertops like this so we'll just have to see how it turns out!!

This is some of the cabinets I built with that cedar!

Oh, and the barrel vaulted ceiling I designed and built.

Today I sawed 5 Port Orford cedars in my back yard, 8 and 10 footers.  Going to build a bunk house so cutting 6" x 6" and 4" x 6".  Moved the mill to a new location and it still smells like Port Orford.  Good thing I like the smell!

I can see A.O. images just fine. A lot of images I can't see. I'm on a lot of other forums and I have no problems seeing or posting images.

The first and second images is the two you told me to take a screen shot of.
The last (#3) image is where I got my information from. I Right click on the page and choose (inspect).

I'm horrible about subject drifting.  Sorry about that guys.

Keeping in line with the subject of this thread, I'll be putting the new up/down system together on the mill head.  New acme rods, new brass acme nuts ($110! - but they're pretty much forever so I just went with it), and rethreading the chain linking the two acme rods around the top to include the previous idler sprocket and gear motor that's now there.  Also have the other gear motor for the carriage forward/back mounted.  I'll have to eventually pull the mill into the shop (somehow) in order to finish this here project.  It's currently frozen in a nightmare outside.

I've mounted a stationary idler for the main engine drive belt (B belt) to hopefully take out some vibration while it's under load (thanks for that suggestion Richard at Cutting Edge).  It's positioned in the middle of the belt span. I used the idler arm and flat pulley from the tensioning system out of a Subaru boxer engine's timing belt.  It's an engine I "refreshed" and these were good but used parts pulled and exchanged for new, since timing is everything in an interference engine and failure of a timing component means destructive and expensive failure of the engine when pistons and valves meet, usually at high speeds.  :o
