New to site,, have a os27 and the blade guides a fixed. Can you convert to adjustable??

Short answer is yes. In its rawest form you can cut off the old ones and weld on new ones that are adjustable. Something like that.

I have not, but long ago, I modified a set like the ones in the link to take care of an issue with a blade.

The guides on my Woodmaxx came adjustable , doesn't look like it would be too hard to convert if you have welding skills... I do not.
