We butchered 9 chickens two days ago, 17 this morning and now have 8 left to do! I just cant believe you can get a 7-8lb bird in 8 weeks
We fileted out the breasts and seperated the legs and wings. The back and breast bone were used to make stock. My wife put up 10 quarts of chicken stock from the first 9 chickens. She is probably going to spend half the day in the kitchen finishing the ones I butchered this morning.
I am going to go cut some Osage posts with the 7 degree WM blade and see how they do!
