lathe

This is my grandpas lathe I am 50 now he told me when I was about 12 that it was his grandpas & it had a treadle under it when he was a boy what his oldest brother converted it to ele power around 1920. The last time it was all to gether running I was about 14. it awaits my building to be finished so I can probley set it up
Only info I can find on it is PAT: sept 21 1880

Great Pics!

Now that is cool!  With the family history I would DEFINATLY get that puppy cleaned up and runnning!
