Too dang hot
« on: June 19, 2010, 01:13:08 PM »
Gonna hit 100*F here today!  Didn't even bother get the tools out today, I know I'd just be putting them back up without using them.  So, what is the temperature ya'll decide to just take it easy and relax?

Was sweating before I even got started!!!

Got up to a wopping 70 today but it's raining now (7:45pm), aha the heat wave broke.  It looks like this is going to be the summer that wasn't.  Got corn seed
in the ground but the ground isn't warm enough to hatch them.

high 90's here with heat index averaging about 5 degrees higher than the temp.  Hit 102 Heat index two days ago.

Somone turn of the spicket!  We have had more rain this spring than last spring and that was a record year.

Supposed to be 99*F(why don't they just say 100*?) with a index of 105-108*F
