well 17 deg & snowing with 35-50 mileper hour winds at daybreak
just got back in from feeding my cows & horse & keeping the wood stove chunked full
my wife stays up late stoking & i get up early so the LP doesnt have to come on
you get spoiled with wood heat & then the LP never seems warm enough
when the central furnace comes on all i see are $$ floating away

18, wind chill of 2, winds 34mph with gusts to 48.  We have gotten about two inches but with the wind it has drifted our country road CLOSED! I have a drift just west of the house that is already 7 feet deep and growing.  If it levels from the north side of the road to the south side it will be 10 feet deep.  I suspect that will happen before midnight at the rate its blowing and growing right now.
Integrity is doing the right thing when no one is watching!

No snow, just wind and some cold air.
But that should be the normal down here for this time of year....

51 and it's rained all day.  Flash flood warnings.  Looks like a typical Oregon winter.

I've got a slightly used snow shovel if any body want to come and get it!  Free for the taking.
