wood splitter up date

so the old 5 hp briggs gave out so im transplanting a 14.5 hp murry rider to the splitter .
it now will have electric start & over double the hp, rider hood to protect the motor , fenders . its going to be cool

Hook up some drive belts to the axel and a steering wheel and you are really mobile.

Mike, did you ever get the splitter to be "mobile" on its own?

no not mobile on its own but it can split at fast idle (due to puley sizeing)were the old motor ran almost wide open
and best of all ele start no more sore sholder from pulling the hard to start wore out 5 HP
