I have 2 Simonds red streak new saw blades.......no sure what they are........27 inch diameter.
Can someone send me the right direction to either sell or figure out what they are.....
Was in the barn in a wooden box....one has surface rust........one doesn't have much.....
KNow they are older....have a big center hole and two smaller holes across from each other.

I have a Buzz saw that has a blade approximately that size. I suspect that is what they are from.

I can't tell from the pictures but they don't appear to be non-insert toothed so they are IMO really out of date. You might get some help by contacting Simonds. They have an 800 number you can get off of the web.
Other than that you might try and find a knife maker and get like $25-$50 (maybe even $10) each because the steel is really good for knife making. Just my 2 cents.

The saws appear to have some hook and were probably designed for industrial gang rip operation. If theirs no hook, that is a straight edge from the tooth face intersects the arbor hole they were for a cordwood "buzz" saw. As suggested call Simonds with the numbers on the saw they should be able to help you. Maybe a close up picture of the teeth would help us. Frank C.
