Liz and I were in attendance at the AG Summit in Wilsonville on the 7th.
One of the speakers was Oregon Senator Ron Wydan-D who outlined legislation to begin massive thinning of Oregons overgrown forests.
Regardless of what you think of Wyden, he had an auditorium of mostly republicans on their feet clapping and cheering at his bill.
You can read about it in the last Capitol Press.

Gee what novel ideas, thin the fire hazard and control immigration. Maybe he's been listening to the other side or the people.
And Wyden didn't vote for the bailout as the other senator did, gives him points with me. Hmmm, shades of Wayne Morris maybe?

Obama dont use it but rest assured he will break it!
He doesnt need to learn how to fix it because he doesnt use it!
