I wanted to let everyone know that we just went live with a new website for used Sawmills and related equipment. http://www.SawmillTrader.com

Ads are currently free, and with enough advertisers, we hope to be able to keep it that way.

Is this the proper place for this introduction to the http://www.SawmillTrader.com website? This site covers Circular Sawmills as well as Band Sawmills, and other related equipment as well.

Thanks, I appreciate the feedback!

We worked really hard to develop a site that was functional with lots of features, easy to use and pleasing to the eye, and most of all filled a need where there was a bit of a void..

I tried to register with another "Forest" forum and it was rejected when I mentioned our site. I replied to the Admin if I could join if I kept the site name off the forum, I got no response. I don't know why they felt threatened, it's not like it was competing with their site, when linked, the sites complement each other.

I guess everyone can't be logical...

They will let you join when you pay them off....the entire point of this forum is to freely share information and related links about what we do and enjoy. We never ask for or solicit money from anyone for anything, and posting a link here, as long as it is relevant,like yours, is free for the asking.

We may be small, but at least we are honest.  ;)

Yep, I was even suckered into paying $115 for a quart of honey, to support his alleged need for money to keep the site alive.  What a joke! >:(  I also sent a chunk of Maple burl, at my expense of $80 to finance the scam.  The burl was well worth over $500, at the time.

I know you are talking about the other site, but since you make no reference to which site, it almost looks like you are refering to the SawmillTrader.com webiste. If you would edit your post to refer to the site or maybe indicate it isn't SawmillTrader.com, it would be greatly appreciated.
