I'm back
« on: February 06, 2012, 10:56:47 AM »
been to busy to even breath
well my brother decided to sell his part of the family farm & my sister followed
i went to bank they sayed i got enough Collateral but not enough income so a guy down the way bought it.
so in the deal my brother made was he paid for the new boundry fence , i build it & the new owner payed for the cattle guard & gate
So i been building a 1/2 mile of fence 5 strand barbed wire sounds easy. cept the new guy said after the closing he will sue me if my cows get on his place after feb 21 as he plans to cut hay. there never been any cross fencing here. so i had to cut through the woods as the trees, bryers etc.  were so thick you could barely walk through .
So now i got a road 20-30 ft wide the lenght of the place except were it goes through the creek
part way done & a survey argument came up . new survey guy more markers to keep the trail straight
well im allmost done just got to build a flood gap thing & fence across the creek . & empty out the barn that went with place stuff stored ther for over 2 decades got to be out by feb 21
not done but can breath now as i finaly got my cows on my side this morning
