Propane power
« on: July 15, 2012, 12:52:33 AM »
I just saw an ad from Cooks where they are now making a propane powered band mill.  Interesting concept.  Never wear the engine out 'case propane is so easy on engines.

I ran two trucks back when, with dual fuel set ups.  On propane you could run forever and the oil would stay clean.  50 gallons of gas and the oil was black.

LP here is $2.00

I fill my own tanks for my forklift and that cut the cost in half form taking them to town.
