Those 15's are from Salt Lake and are probably Air Guard not regular Air Force.
In pilot jargon firing a missile and getting it off the rail is announced as "Fox 1" so I guess this would be Fox 1 times 4 .
Pilots don't get to fire missiles too often. Only about three places in the US they can do it, two in the west and one in the south east over water, and they are expensive.

I wish it was me snapping the picture.  :o

A buddy of mine who just retired sent me those pics a few years ago and If I recall correctly that was either in Iraq or Afganastan.
