Hello from KY!
« on: April 21, 2013, 08:49:34 AM »
Just wanted to say Hello to everyone and introduce myself. I have been dealing with a timber/sawdust addiction for more than 40 years. It's progressed from cutting firewood and fenceposts as a teenager through various stints as a logger/timber buyer/log buyer/log broker/ and sawmill owner. I currently operate D&D Veneer LLC with my partner and 4 employees. We deal in mostly stave quality and better white oak logs and saw ties and hardwood grade lumber for the wholesale market with a Wood-Mizer LT70DCS.

That would be us. Never seem to find time to keep the website as up to date as I should.

Welcome to the forum.  I have cut split and sold many a stave bolt, when I was living in North Arkansas, around 40+ years ago.
