Welcome to the club. 
Great area you live in down there in Savannah.  My father lived there after he retired.  His widow is still there and I visit occasionally.

Yeha!  Another man that knows the word "yall"!  Welcome to the club!  To this day I have never lost my southern lingo picked up in the south when I was in the service.  I say yall around here and the looks are hilarious.
