It looks like an old Oliver gas cat my grandpa used in his garden with a small disk behind it. I think the Oliver had wider tracks though.

I looks a bit like my John Deere 40. I was thinking of trying to install some sore of grapple and arch system for that little bugger of mine, now I have an example.
